Shipping

What are the shipping charges and delivery timeline?

We offer free shipping on all purchases within India. After the order has been placed, We take 1-2 business days to process. The shipping within India can take 5 to 7 business days and International orders vary on your destination. Please note all international orders may be subject to duties and taxes. Orders can be tracked through your shipping confirmation email.

What does stock and made to order means?

In stock means that the items are in our facilities and ready to Ship within 2 business days, after the confirmation of the order. 

Made to order means that our fine pieces will be made for you by our craftsman and can take a bit longer time to ship. Please note that orders may take up to 15 to 20 business days to process and track through your shipping confirmation email.

What is the time frame for the arrival of International orders?

Our In-stock orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship. Made to order or out of stock can take up to 4 weeks.

Is there going to be a charge for duties and taxes?

Yes, there may be duties and taxes on your shipment and can vary from country to country. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in India, and other following countries:- USA, Canada, Uk, and Australia. Please note we don’t ship to PO boxes address (including international and domestic).

Does my purchase on international orders be covered by Insurance?

Yes, your order is insured until it reaches you. So, keep shopping without any worry.

Do I require a signature on delivery?

The shipment does require a signature upon delivery. Please note if you are unable to sign for the package, Kindly contact the delivery company using your Shipping Confirmation Email Info.

Return & Exchange

What is your Return and Refund Policy?

We offer 15 days no question asked Return Policy on items purchased in India. All refunds for return items will proceed after receiving the product in original packaging to our warehouse. After the inspection, the refund amount will take upto 7 working days to credit in your bank account.

Please note the returned items must be unworn, no signs of wear/damage, have its original tags, and in all original packaging.

Engraved, Monogrammed, and Custom pieces are final sale and shall not be eligible for a return. 

Please note to follow the above-mentioned guidelines for the return, otherwise clscjewelry.com has a right to deny the return and re-shipped to customers.  

Is it possible to change my shipping address or cancel once I placed my order?

We provide a window for 2 hours to do any changes. In case the payment has been made, the refund for any cancel order shall be done with in 7 business days. Simply contact at care@lameya.co

Can International orders be eligible for return or exchange?

International orders are not eligible for return or exchange for now. If you like to change or cancel your order before it ships, please contact at care@lameya.co

Will I get a refund for Duties and Taxes?

Lameya.co will not be responsible for the refund on duties and taxes, as this is charged by the country of import. Please go through your local customs office to get a refund on your return orders.

My Order

Can I cancel or modify my order?

In order to CANCEL/MODIFY your order, please reach out to us at care@lameya.co as soon as you can with your order number and modification details. If your order has been shipped then, it cannot be canceled. 

We don’t guarantee any changes, once the order has been placed. 

Keep in mind we cannot provide cancelation for the Engraved items once the order has been placed, neither provide the return. 

Best way to check the status of my order?

My account option on the website is the place you log in and check the status of your order. The tracking number will be sent automatically once your order is ready to ship.

Is it possible to order out of stock?

Yes, simply place an order and we will make it for you, allow us up to 10 business days to ship an order.

Am I getting any Promotional Discounts?

Our fair pricing policy gives us very minimal chances to do so. But please feel free to Sign-Up for our email to become an insider to get the early access.

Payment Options

Will I be charged Customs, Taxes, and any other fees?

Customs charges and taxes may incur on your order for International Shippment. Please note Lameya doesn’t control the charges and are subject to your local customs. We will not be able to reimburse these charges and for more information please contact your local customs office.

Foreign transaction fees may incur on your final mode of payment. Banks in different countries have their own policies for international transactions and may be subject to charges fees.

What are the payment methods you accept?

Credit Card, Debit Card or Net banking can be used by you. All Visa and Mastercard Credit/Debit Cards, Maestro and RuPay Debit Cards, and all Major Banks in India can be used.

Care & Repair

Give me advice to take care of my jewelry?

Precious metals and delicate stones require care and attention. Our unique designs are made by keeping in mind the hustle of modern life. So, Little TLC for your jewelry keeps the shine for life.

To clean, use detergent-free soap with warm water and sock individual pieces at a time. With a soft brush lightly clean the piece and rinse with care. Simply dry the jewelry with a cotton cloth or paper towel. Voila Clean & Shine!

Any Do’s & Don’ts for me?

Don’ts

Come in contact with Perfumes, Lotions, Hairspray Or Cosmetics 

Pearls may lose their color or Lust if contacted with any chemicals.

Can I use an outside jeweler for the services like Repair, Resize or Rework?

Our recommendation is against using the outside jeweler for any work done on our products. Simply it voids the process for any refunds or exchanges.

Our Jewelry

Does Gold have different variations?

Yes, 24-karat gold is the purest form and it is too soft to wear as jewelry. Our experienced craftsman knows their job and adds other metals to enhance durability. To form 22-karat gold, Copper and Silver are added. To form 18 and 14-karat gold, Alloy is added. This ensures the Longevity and allows us to give Hue like white or rose gold to the jewelry. 

**Please note we don’t use Nickel in crafting our jewelry.

What is the guarantee of Authenticity?

Lameya ensures the quality of its pieces by providing the certification of authenticity for its gold and diamond jewelry.

Like Gold, what’s the quality of your stones?

Diamonds, once said, it’s a girl’s best friend. Our diamonds are the highest quality  graded and ethically sourced. Our gemstones are highly valued stones with AAA graded. These stones are best known for their beauty and longevity.

Do you use Conflict- Free Diamonds?

We are very selective to only work with suppliers who trade in Conflict-Free Diamonds. We make sure that our supplier’s practices are not against Social and human rights.

Can I know About your Silver Statements Pieces?

Our Sterling Silver purity is 925. It means that the silver jewelry is made with 92.5 % pure silver and 7.5 % copper. Rhodium is plated on our silver jewelry to enhance the shine, resistance to scratch, and longevity, and it is one the rare precious metal.

What should I do If I need a gift wrapped?

Our packing is beautifully done using a gift box along with a pouch. Each purchase comes with a gift packing.

How can I redeem my gift card & does it expire?

Simply use the gift card number at the time of checkout. The balance will be deducted  Before taxes and shipping. If the balance in your gift card is insufficient, then use ur credit/debit card to make the rest of the payment.

Will I be able to add a personalized gift note with my order?

Yes, you can do so at the time of check out.

Can an International customer be able to purchase a gift card?

Yes, placing a digital gift card is highly recommended to avoid shipping charges.

What is the process for engraving?

We are happy to provide Engraving Service for free. Simply browse through the pieces that can be engraved and you will see a button called engrave next to Add to Cart. You can add Numbers or alphabets and we will ensure to choose a suitable place.

What is the timeline for engraving orders?

Kindly allow us an extra 2 to 4 business days for any engraving orders.

Can I return my engraved item?

Engraved items are final sales. Please make sure of all the details before placing an order.
